From the classroom to the auto shop, automotive students at Faulkner Career Technical Center in Prichard are learning what it takes to keep safe vehicles on the road.
Thank you WKRG News for shining light on our automotive program and showcasing how our students take what they learn in the classroom and put into action, helping their friends, families, and community #BeTheReason they can rely on them.
This spotlight also highlights the continued excellence of our automotive instructor, Mr. Knapp, who was recognized during the 2025-26 academic year as a WKRG Golden Apple winner. That recognition is a testament to the passion and dedication he brings to his students every day, and he continues to inspire, challenge, and prepare them for the success in the automotive industry and beyond.
We're really proud of the skills our students are developing, the confidence they're building, and the difference they're already making in the community. Through dedicated instruction and hands on experiences, our automotive program continues to show what's possible when students are given the opportunity to learn with purpose and #BeTheReason someone can count on them.
